7-Day Replacement Policy @ Plum Fashion
1. Exchange:
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or replacement in the following cases:
- The product is damaged, defective, stained, or incomplete.
- The product is unused, with its original packaging, labels, and protective stickers intact.
- The item received is not the size you ordered.
For items bought from our website, they must be returned to our Customer Services team for processing. Customers are responsible for paying courier or exchange-related costs.
Note: This policy is applicable only to orders delivered within Pakistan. For international customers, please contact our support team for further assistance.

Once approved by our team, you will need to send the item to Plum Fashion, [insert your address here].
Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. In some cases, you may be directed to the nearest Plum Fashion outlet for an exchange.
Processing Timeline:
We strive to process all returns and exchanges within 5-7 business days after receiving your item. During high-demand periods, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
3. Refund Policy:
- We regret that refunds are not available. However, if we are unable to provide an exchange or another solution, we may issue a refund.
- Refunds for online payments will be made in PKR, and Plum Fashion is not liable for currency exchange rate fluctuations.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and refund processing may take 7-10 working days depending on the payment method.
4. Customized Orders:
Customized products, including items with alterations or made-to-measure orders, cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if you find an error in the alterations, please send us photographic proof, and we will make efforts to resolve the issue.
